9-1-10 The pool will be open until Labor Day Sept 6th, it will officially close on Tuesday Sept 7th and will return to off season maintenance.

8-26-10  The cleaning of the clubhouse will be completed by early afternoon on Saturday.  The pool gate has been fixed.

8-25-10  The clubhouse is closed temporarily closed. Last night we had some vandalism involving a fire extinguisher being emptied in the clubhouse and it is going to be a few days before the clubhouse will be accessible again.

7-2-10 The pool will not be closed this Monday, July 5th, However the pool service company will be by to service the pool.

7-1-10 The card reader on the pool gate is up and running.  You will use it the same way you do the reader on the clubhouse doors.  Please remember to shut the gate and doors behind you.

7-1-10 The pool gate should be up and running by this evening (Thursday) I am just waiting for the installation to be complete and I will program the cards, and we will be set.  I have had several calls about people being in the pool, if they are going through the clubhouse, this is fine.  The pool is closed for those who only want to use the pool gate.

6-24-10 I sent letters out to everyone today with their statements about the new fence and lock that will be installed around the pool.  We had a few Homeowners that were concerned with the pool gate being locked, so we will need to close the pool until the new lock is installed.  The lock installation is moving quickly and should be up and running early next week.

6-8-10 The pool had to be closed today due to feces in the pool from last night.  The pool will reopen on Wednesday 6-9-10.  Please note anytime we have an issue of this nature it will require the pool to be closed for an entire business day.

5-4-10- Attention Homeowners- On Tuesday, May 11th Landmark 24 Development will be holding an informative meeting at the clubhouse at 6:30 p.m. to review purposed changes to the master plan. Everyone is invited to attend. A reminder sign will be posted at the Bradley Point sign on Dunnoman.

4-5-10-  The pool open on May 28th. 

12-10-09 The Annual HOA meeting for 2010 is scheduled for January 20, 2009 at 6:00 p.m.

8-31-09 We are planning for the pool to be open until Wednesday, September 30, 2009.  This will most likely be determined by the hurricane season.  Please check this site for information if we have bad storms approaching. 

5-13-09- The pool will be open Saturday May 16th!

5-8-09-  Attention Homeowners- we are still awaiting the county pool inspection.  As you may be aware there are some new requirements that have been put into place this year with the new pool drains.  Our replacement drains have been installed, but the paperwork for these updates has caused a delay in getting all of the pool inspected as quickly as we would like.  All of the pools in Chatham County must be inspected at this time so they are very busy.  Our pool vendor is doing everything possible to get the pool inspected as soon as possible.  Please do not swim in the pool until it has been inspected. 

5-1-09- Chatham County has not yet inspected the pool, once the inspection is complete this site will be updated immediately.  This site will always contain the most current information available.

4-27-09- POOL OPENING- Attention Homeowners the pool will be opening VERY soon.  Once the pool has been inspected by the Chatham County Health department we should be set to open.  Please do not swim in the pool until it is open, the chemicals may not be safe for swimming and having people in the pool prior to it being inspected could cause the pool to be forced closed by the Health Department.  This site will be updated once the inspection is completed.

3-25-09 COMMUNITY WIDE GARAGE SALE- The spring community wide garage sale will be held on April 4, 2009.  An ad has been placed by one of the Homeowners for this sale.  Everyone interested in encouraged to participate.

3-24-09 Attention Parents:  If you have a child that rides the bus please read this post.  On March 24th a black male on a bicycle approximately 60 years old, around 180-200 lbs approached the bus stop at Concordia and Bradley Blvd, and questioned the children on where they live, how old they are, what grade they were in, and where they go to school.  Please call the police if you notice any suspicious activity.

9-4-08- The pool is now officially closed for the season.  You may notice that the pool furniture has been moved into the area between the bathrooms in preparation of the up coming storms.  Please do not move the furniture out of this area. 

The clubhouse hours have changed to 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  We have had several unattended children in the clubhouse in the evening that have caused the need for this change.  We are working on a pool committee and voting on camera system which will allow extended hours.  If you would like to be involved in this committee please contact you HOA manager.

8-14-08- A ballot has been distributed for vote on a security system.  This is a camera system for the clubhouse and pool.  Let your voice be heard.  This is a very important vote for our community.
